I am a certified health coach through Villanova University's Center for Obesity Prevention and Education. I know what it's like to be an obese woman, and I also know the freedom of transformation! I love supporting others as they step toward health and change in their own lives. I am also a hair designer and nail technician, so not only do I make people feel beautiful on the inside, I also help transform them on the outside. I enjoy my life with my husband, Shawn, as well as our three beautiful children, two dogs and one cat, because I am finally living it with them instead of watching from the sidelines! :-)

Applied to any of my blog posts regarding my weight loss or the weight loss of others, please know that results always vary. Typical results on the 5 & 1 program are 2-5lbs the first 2 weeks, and 1-2 pounds each week thereafter.

Before and Half way!
