Practice, Practice, Practice!

For people who want to compete in the Olympics, it is not enough to know thoroughly the rules and techniques of their sports.  They must spend thousands of hours practicing so that their actions align with their knowledge.  Their goal is to make right behavior so second nature that when the moment of their testing comes, there bodies automatically know what to do. ~ Richard Stearns

This journey towards a health transformation is a marathon and not a sprint.  We need to learn the "rules" and "techniques" to achieve our goals, but if we are going to maintain them for our lifetime, we need to create new healthy habits through our practice and repetition.  The new habits then will become a part of our lives.
