What is the one thing you really want at the end of this 90 days?
You can have more than one, but list at least one thing you hope to get out of this.
Examples:
I want to be down three sizes.
I want to run a 5k.
I want to play with my kids all afternoon and not be tired!

This is your end goal! We will set and achieve smaller goals along the way that will help you get to this one!
Post them here and give yourself a point! Use this to encourage each other!!
Also if you haven't sent me your starting weight, and if you want pictures and measurements-Go for it!! I am here to help and encourage you! When you email me each week please title it weigh in week 1 etc so I can keep track each week. Also if you send me your food journal you can do that once a week as well! Thanks Team!!

My goals are to be down two sizes, be able to run and play with my son and to feel better about myself. I hope I can start enjoying buying clothes not dreading it. All in good time.
ReplyDeleteLove it Ashley!!! Great goals!
ReplyDeleteMy goal is to be down 4 pants size and to be healthy so I don't need to have surgery every year. I would love to do a 5k race but running is not my friend :)
ReplyDeleteMy goal is to be able to control my sugar levels and not need to go back on diabetes medication. My initial weight loss helped me get off the meds, now I want to make sure I keep it that way.
ReplyDeleteJody. Great goals and you don't have to " run" to do a 5k. Linda so proud of you for getting off those meds to start! Your going all the way to goal my friend!!
ReplyDeleteI want to be down 20 lbs and back in a routine that I can stick to at the gym that includes Zumba (my fav) and i want to try yoga (for my mind) and cycling (better for my knee issues). Running is a goal of mine too, but I really need to just get back to the basics first- eating right and exercising. I lost 70 lbs last year through another program (felt awesome) and recently gained 10 of it back due to the stress of moving and then all the holiday goodies I indulged in. Totally scared me straight, but it's soooo easy to fall back into bad habits- it's a constant battle!
ReplyDeleteMy goal is to lose 25lbs.I also lost weight on another program 84 lbs a yr and a half ago. Ive gain 12lbs not so much as going off but on a stand still but im ready for a new beginning being able to feel great and get back to the weight I had from the 90s..even thou I cant exercise due to my disability but to ferl goid about myself.
ReplyDeleteKrista, It is so easy to fall back! Thats where our "habits" come in! Love your goals! I didn't mind rumba either, I'm not great at it, but it was fun! Bee, you are going to get those pounds back off before you know it!
