Also I had a lot of you give me your starting weights but then not check in last week! So please be sure to weigh in and email or text it to me! Thats to help you stay accountable and for me to cheer you on!
Remember it is not about the number on the scale! It is about the everyday changes you are making one day, one change, one choice at a time! So take pride in even the smallest change you have made to better your health!
Remember rejoice in YOUR success! Celebrate you!
So please no matter what that number on the scale today…Take pride in what you have achieved, the changes you implemented and the closer you are to those goals! At week 4 we will re do those measurements and you will be amazed at the inches you have lost!
